音契圣乐团的异象，是通过严格训练与优质演出，致力于在当代文化中为基督徒音乐搭建平台，将圣乐融入社会。成立于1994年。其团员是来自马来西亚各基督教宗派的基督徒。每周定时进行两小时的练习，训练除了注重音乐的教导外，也不忽略事奉内涵信息的传递，力求声音与音乐思路上的统一，并以上主为生命与音乐之对象和目的，努力实践圣经的教导以灵、以悟性歌唱，进而成为一个声与灵合一歌唱的合唱团体。音契圣乐团现任带领者为指挥郑联晨老师，以及副指挥吴杏谊老师。

音契圣乐团曾在著名指挥如黄佑新博士、李忠民牧师、陈子虔教授、锺晓萦博士、陈容老师、鲍以灵老师、郑联晨老师、李国良老师的指挥下，演出的古典乐作品计有韩德尔之神剧《弥赛亚》，莫扎特之《安魂曲》、《C小调弥撒曲》，孟德尔颂之神剧《以利亚》，海顿之神剧《创世纪》，巴赫之《B小调弥撒曲》、《圣马太受难曲》、《尊主颂》、经文歌《耶稣我的喜乐》、清唱剧《开放的思维》，贝多芬之《第九号交响曲 “欢乐颂”》、《庄严弥撒曲》，都以管弦乐团伴奏，尽所能达到将作品中的精华呈现在赴会的听众。圣乐方面的活动则有《圣乐之旅》，《历久犹新的圣诗》圣诗演说会，《我信上帝》音乐颂赞会，《Gloria圣乐专场音乐会》，《荣耀圣诗夜》巡回音乐会，《大家同来唱圣诗~教会宝贵的遗产》，《圣诗的颂唱》讲座工作坊，《荣耀圣诗夜II》等等。圣乐团与马来西亚的各个教会或各大报章组织联办上述的活动，极力推广美善的音乐在本土的影响力。至今，圣乐团自费录制的专辑有《赞美一神》、《十架为我荣耀》、《圣。诗。咏》、单曲《Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence》及2006韩德尔之神剧《弥赛亚》的现场录影，为着让马来西亚的大众能有机会欣赏到素质良好的歌唱和音乐。

Through rigorous training and high-quality performances, Yin Qi Sacred Music Choir strives to create a platform for Christian music in contemporary culture, bringing sacred music into society. Yin Qi Choir was formed in 1994, it consists of choir members recruited from different denominations and churches in Malaysia. The choir rehearses for 2 hours every week. Other than providing choral training and music teaching, the choir emphasize on conveying the message in lyrics and music, striving to unify in the idea of singing and musical thoughts, as such in enabling singing in spirit and understanding as taught in the Bible. Yin Qi Choir is currently under the direction of conductor Caeleb Tee and associate conductor Ng Xing Yi.

Yin Qi Choir had participated and organized concerts opened to the public actively. Some notable concert repertoires Handel’s Oratorio “Messiah”, Mozart’s “Requiem”, “The Great Mass in C minor”, Mendelssohn’s Oratorio “Elijah”, Haydn’s Oratorio “The Creation”, J. S. Bach’s “Mass in B minor” , “St. Matthew Passion”, “Magnificat”, Motet “Jesu Meine Freude / Jesus My Joy” and Cantata “Ein Ungerfarbt Gemute / An Open Mind”, Beethoven’s Symphony No.9 “Ode to Joy” and “Missa Solemnis”. These performances are accompanied by orchestra and led by guest conductors like Dr. Wong Yau Sun, Rev. Lee Chong Min, Prof. David Chin, Dr. Audrey Chung, Mr. Lee Kok Leong and resident conductors Elaine Pao, Caelab Tee, and the late Armando Chin Yong. Yin Qi Choir had also organized seminars and workshop such as “The Journey of Sacred Music”, “Hymn of All Ages”, “Gloria Sacred Music Concert”, “Glorious Night of Hymns” on tour, “Glorious Night of Hymns II” and “Voices of Faith” comprising of great hymns and sacred works from a historical time span of 300 years were organized to promote the beauty of great music to the Malaysia public. Other than performances, the choir also prepares to lead Sacred Music Sunday Worship and hymns singing at the churches under invitation. Yin Qi Choir has its own audio visual products like “Doxology”, “Jesus, keep me near the Cross”, “Hymns”, “Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence” and Handel’s Oratorio “Messiah” live concert in 2006 DVD, produced by its own expenses.
