杏谊于2023年毕业于马来亚大学（Universiti of Malaya），获得音乐学士学位。师从Dr. Poon Chiew Hwa，主修古典钢琴。

自2019年起，投身于音乐教育工作。同年，她加入音契圣乐团，担任女低声部成员，积极参与多场演出包括韩德尔《弥赛亚》，莫扎特《安魂曲》，莫扎特《C小调弥撒曲》。于2024年担任音契圣乐团助理指挥，并协助教导音契儿少诗班。

她也曾以合唱成员身份参与由不同指挥家所带领的音乐会演出，包括鲍以灵老师、郑联晨老师、陈子虔博士、李美燕老师，Dr. William Weinert 及 苏珊珊老师。

目前，杏谊活跃于合唱教学、演出及音乐教育领域。

Xing Yi graduated from the Universiti of Malaya in 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music, majoring in classical piano under the tutelage of Dr. Poon Chiew Hwa.

Since 2019, she has embarked on a career in music education. In the same year, she joined the Yin Qi Choir as an alto member, actively participating in numerous performances including Handel’s Messiah, Mozart’s Requiem, Mozart’s Mass in C minor. In 2024, she was appointed as assistant conductor of the Yin Qi choir and also assisted in teaching the Yin Qi Junior Choir.

She has also participated as chorister in concerts conducted by distinguished conductors, including Ms. Elaine Pao, Mr. Caeleb Tee, Dr. David Chin, Ms. Lee Mei Yen, Dr. William Weinert and Ms Susanna Saw.

Xing Yi is active in choral teaching, performance, and music education.
